Terms and Conditions Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 (Objectives) The objectives of this Terms and Conditions are to stipulate the rights and duties as well as the responsibilities of the Website and User in the use of online-related services (hereinafter “services”) provided by the online Website (hereinafter “Website”) operated by the Antioch Bible Cyber Mission & Theological Seminary (hereinafter “Mission & Theological Seminary”). Article 2 (Validity and Modifications of the Terms and Conditions) 1) This Terms and Conditions shall be notified by the Mission & Theological Seminary via the “Website” and shall be effective following the consent of the User. 2) The “Mission & Theological Seminary” reserves the right to revise this Terms and Conditions within the limits that it does not violate relevant laws including the “Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions” and the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (hereinafter “Information and Communications Act”).” 3) In the case that the Mission & Theological Seminary revises this Terms and Conditions, the revisions shall take effect via an official announcement with a clear statement of the date of application and reason for revision(s) on the front page with the existing Terms and Conditions seven (7) days before the date and time of application to the day prior to the date of application. Article 3 (Other Regulations) Other matters and interpretations of this Terms and Conditions that are not addressed in this Terms and Conditions shall be observed in accordance with government-established ordinances and laws. Article 4 (Definition of Terms) The definitions of major terms used in this Terms and Conditions are as follows. 1) “User”: The user receiving services provided by the Mission & Theological Seminary in accordance with this Terms and Conditions while accessing the “Website.” 2) “ID” refers to the combination of characters and numbers chosen by the “Member” and approved by the “Mission & Theological Seminary” for the identification of an individual “Member” and the use of the “Services.” The “Password” refers to the combination of characters and numbers chosen by the “Member” to confirm that the identity of the “Member” is identical to the “ID” received by the “Member” and to protect one’s password. Chapter 2 Contract Agreement for Service Use Article 5 (Establishment of Contract for Use) 1) The Mission & Theological Seminary shall approve the request for use of the Services by the User during the registration process in the case that there are no special circumstances regarding the request for use. By clicking the “Agree” button during the registration process, the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Services. In the case that modifications are made to the Terms and Conditions and the User fails to agree to the revised Terms and Conditions, the User may be subject to cancellation of registration. 2) The contract for use shall be established following the agreement to the Terms and Conditions by the individual requesting use of the Services and the approval of the Missionary & Theological Seminary regarding the request for use. Article 6 (Request for Use) 1) The individual wishing to use the Services by signing up to be a User shall apply by filling out the requirements on the prescribed application form presented by the Mission & Theological Seminary. 2) All User information recorded on the online application form shall be considered factual data, and a User who fails to input one’s real name or factual information cannot receive legal protection and may be subject to limitations in use of the Services. Article 7 (Approval of Request for Use) 1) The Mission & Theological Seminary shall approve of request for use in the order of receipt in the case that there are no special circumstances in request for use pursuant to Article 6. 2) The Mission & Theological Seminary may limit approval of application for use in the following cases and may defer approval until applicable reason(s) are resolved. A. No space in the service-related apparatus. B. Technical difficulties. C. Decision by the Mission & Theological Seminary that a limitation of approval is necessary. 3) The Mission & Theological Seminary may reject the approval of an application for use in the case that the following items(s) are identified. A. Failure to indicate one’s real name at application. B. Use of another individual’s name at application. C. Record of false information at application for use. D. Incompletion of requirements decided by the Mission & Theological Seminary. 4) In the case that the approval for request for use is deferred or rejected pursuant to Article 2 and/or 3, the Mission & Theological Seminary shall inform the applicant. However, this shall exclude the case in which the Mission & Theological Seminary cannot inform the applicant due to unavoidable natural disasters. Article 8 (Modifications of Contract Matters) 1) The User may open and modify personal information at any time via the User Information Management provided by the Mission & Theological Seminary. 2) In the case that the information stated by the User at request has changed, the User shall make the change online, and the User shall be responsible for any problems that may occur due to the failure to change User information. Article 9 (Protection of Personal Information) 1) The Mission & Theological Seminary protects and respects the personal information of the User. 2) The Mission & Theological Seminary collects the minimum information necessary for Service provisions upon collection of User information. The following are items required for Service use, and other items shall be considered optional. A. Name B. Date of birth C. Address D. Phone number 3) The Mission & Theological Seminary attempts to protect the personal information provided online to the Mission & Theological Seminary by the User for use of the Services. For more information, refer to the Personal Information Protection Policy of the Mission & Theological Seminary. 4) The Mission & Theological Seminary shall not disclose or distribute the personal information of the User collected for use of the Services to a third party or for commercial purposes without permission by the User. 5) The User may open personal information or request corrections in erred personal information obtained by the Mission & Theological Seminary at any time, and the Mission & Theological Seminary shall be held responsible for taking the necessary measures without delay. In the case that the User requests corrections in erred personal information, the Mission & Theological Seminary shall not use the applicable personal information until the error has been corrected. 6) The Mission & Theological Seminary shall minimize the number of administrators for the protection of personal information and shall be responsible for any damages inflicted on the User due to the loss, theft, leakage, and falsification of the personal information of the User. Chapter 3 Duties of the Parties Under Contract Article 10 (Duties of the Mission & Theological Seminary) 1) The Mission & Theological Seminary shall not practice acts prohibited or going against this Terms and Conditions but do its best to provide continuous, stable Services as stated in this Terms and Conditions. However, the Services may be temporarily suspended due to reasons of technical issues or the duties of the Mission & Theological Seminary, and the Services may be temporarily suspended during a fixed period as determined by the Mission & Theological Seminary for operational purposes. In such cases, the Mission & Theological Seminary shall make an announcement before or after the event. 2) The Mission & Theological Seminary shall prepare a security system for the protection of personal information (including credit information) of the User in order that the User may safely use the online Services. 3) In the case that the Mission & Theological Seminary recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by the User during the prescribed processes are reasonable, the Mission & Theological Seminary shall settle the issue by taking appropriate measures. In the case that a fixed period is required for the measures, the Mission & Theological Seminary shall inform the User of the reason(s) and schedule for the steps taken. Article 11 (Duties of the User) The User shall not behave with actions that fall under the following items. In the case that an action that falls under any of the following items is found, the Mission & Theological Seminary may suspend or deprive the User of rights to use the Services. 1) Registration of false information at application or modification of information. 2) Duplication, modifications, publishing, and broadcasting of information attained from the Services provided by the Mission & Theological Seminary without permission by the Mission & Theological Seminary, and the circulation of information to others. 3) Collecting or saving the personal information of other Users. 4) Fraudulent use of the information of others. 5) Violation of other related laws. Article 12 (User Sign Up) The User shall enter user information in accordance with the sign-up form as determined by the Mission & Theological Seminary and indicate agreement to the Terms and Conditions to sign up as a user. The Mission & Theological Seminary shall approve of a user registration so long as the application does not fall under the following items. 1) False information, omissions, misspellings in registered information. 2) Registration as a user is determined to have noticeable technical hindrances on the Mission & Theological Seminary. 3) In the case that the applicant has lost his or her rights as a user pursuant to Article 11 of this Terms and Conditions, the applicant who lost his or her rights as a user may reapply as a user following the approval by the Mission & Theological Seminary. Article 13 (Deferral and Rejection of Application for Service Use) 1) The application for service use may be deferred for the following reasons. A. Occurrence of a technical issue. B. No space in the equipment. C. Difficulty in approval due to circumstances of the Mission & Theological Seminary. 2) The application for service use may be rejected for the following reasons. A. Failure to use one’s real name. B. Application with use of another person’s name. C. Entry of false information. D. Failure to meet the requirements and items determined by the Mission & Theological Seminary. Article 14 (Service Use Time) 1) In the case that there are no duties or special technical reasons of the Mission & Theological Seminary, one may continually use the Services provided by the Mission & Theological Seminary. 2) The Services cannot be used during the regular inspection or temporary inspection period as determined by the Mission & Theological Seminary. 3) The Services may not be offered continuously according to the types of Services, and this shall be determined by the Mission & Theological Seminary. Article 15 (Suspension of Services) 1) In the case of repairs and inspections, replacements and breakdowns, or interruptions of communications of computers and other information and communications equipment, the Mission & Theological Seminary shall temporarily suspend the provision of the Services. In the case that the replacement of new Services is determined appropriate by the Mission & Theological Seminary, the currently offered Services may be suspended completely. 2) In the case of suspended Services, the Mission & Theological Seminary shall inform Users in accordance with the regulated rules for notification. However, the Mission & Theological Seminary shall not inform Users in the case that prior notification is impossible due to the suspension of Services for reason(s) outside of the control of the Mission & Theological Seminary (such as a problem with disks that is neither an intention nor negligence of the system administrator, system goes down, etc.). Article 16 (Exemption Clauses) 1) The Mission & Theological Seminary shall not be held responsible for any damages that occur on the User during the use of Services that are neither intentional nor negligent of the Mission & Theological Seminary. 2) The Mission & Theological Seminary shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of data uploaded by the User or the suspension of Services due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable forces.

Antioch Bible Cyber Mission & Theological Seminary takes the personal information protection of the User seriously and makes an effort for the User to use the Services and receive protection of personal information online. The Mission & Theological Seminary establishes and observes the following policies for the protection of personal information to comply with the national policies on the protection of personal information. 1. Objectives of Personal Information Protection and Collection of Information 2. Use of Personal Information 3. Reading, Correction, Deletion and Retraction of Agreement of Personal Information 4. Retention Period and Use Period of Personal Information 1. Purpose of Personal Information Protection and Collection of Information The personal information protection policy of the Mission & Theological Seminary is in accordance with laws pertinent to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. and aims to protect the personal information of the User of the information and communications services. The objective of the collection of personal information by the Mission & Theological Seminary lies in the confirmation of identity of the User as well as the provision of convenient and various services that accommodate each User. Personal information refers to information of the existing individual such as the concerned User’s name and date of birth and information that can confirm the identity of an individual (including, but not limited to, other information that can be used to identify a User when the aforementioned personal information alone cannot confirm the User’s identity). Users of the Mission & Theological Seminary have the right to agree to or revoke agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Church, and the click of the agree button shall indicate agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Use and the collection of personal information. [Personal Information for Collection] The information to be collected by the Mission & Theological Seminary for normal provision of services include the ID, password, name, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail, and occupation. The Mission & Theological Seminary may request additional information of the User for better services and operation which will be completed following the agreement of the User, and the User shall have the right to reject this request. 2. Use of Personal Information Pursuant to Article 24 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc., the Mission & Theological Seminary shall not give information to a third party or use the information beyond the scope of the regulated rules pursuant to Article 22, Section 2 of the aforementioned Act or the rules stated in the Information and Communications Terms and Conditions of Use, however, excluding the agreement of the User of the Mission & Theological Seminary Services or the following cases. 1) Information is provided through specification of a specific individual for statistics, scholarly research, and market research. 2) Information is provided through special regulations of stated in another law. 3. Reading, Correction, Deletion and Retraction of Agreement of Personal Information The Mission & Theological Seminary shall allow the User to use one’s ID and open or correct personal information on the online website. If a User wishes to terminate his/her membership, the User must e-mail the Mission & Theological Seminary with information including the User’s name, member ID, date of birth, e-mail and contact information to which the Mission & Theological Seminary shall make a confirmation and terminate the membership within three days. Please read the following items before terminating your membership. 1) No re-enrollment with the same ID for fifteen days Upon request for termination of membership, the appropriate ID shall be immediately terminated, and re-enrollment will not be allowed for fifteen days following deletion. This prevents a repetition of sign up and termination and prevents causing damage on good Users. 2) Deletion of membership information and membership service information Upon termination of membership, membership information shall be immediately deleted along with the following membership service information. For deletion of posts, request termination after deleting relevant posts. 3) Storage of records regarding faulty use and limited use for one year In accordance with the policy for personal information use, records for faulty use and limited use shall not be deleted but stored for one year. 4. Retention Period and Use Period of Personal Information In the case that the Mission & Theological Seminary Services collect personal information from Users, the use period of personal information and retention period shall be from the point that the User signs up for membership to the point that the User expresses his/her intent to terminate and termination is complete. The personal information of a User shall remain under retention of the Mission & Theological Seminary and be used for provision of the Services while the User uses the Mission & Theological Seminary Services. If the User requests revocation of his/her agreement or the objective for collecting personal information given in advance is achieved, the collected personal information shall be completely deleted from the hard disk in a way that the deleted information cannot be recovered and shall not be available to use or open in any way. However, the information may be retained for totalized/processed statistics, scholarly research data, or market research data in a way that the identity of an individual cannot be specified.
